Brigadeiros (Brazilian ChocolateTruffles)

"Why not enjoying somebrigadeiros during the 1st of january ? it is so easy toprepare that even a eight year old kid can do it (ooops, and i haveto start teaching it to my son asap). three ingredients: cocoapowder, 1 can of condensed milk and chocolate sprinkles. maybe somebutter too, depending on the quality and consistency of thecondensed milk you are going to employ. believe me: the dutch lovethis. i regularly make brigadeiros for birthday parties athome. i will do some for the new year's eve as well...."
